The Expat Café: How to Buy a Condo in Thailand

Benoit & Partners participated in the first edition of The Expat Café, an event organized by Siam Expat in Bangkok.

Our Managing Partner, Laurent Benoit, was invited as guest speaker for a dedicated session on “How to Buy a Condo in Thailand.”
During his presentation, he explained the legal framework for foreign buyers, the different ownership structures available, the essential contractual safeguards, and the key steps necessary to secure a condominium purchase in Thailand.

The event took place in a relaxed afterwork atmosphere at Blue Parrot Bangkok and brought together a large group of expatriates interested in the Thai property market. Several real estate agents also contributed, offering additional insights on market practices.

The evening concluded with a friendly quiz, during which three participants won the prizes offered.
