Join us at The Expat Café: Learn how to secure your condo in Thailand

Benoit & Partners is pleased to announce its participation in the first edition of The Expat Café, an event organized by Siam Expat in Bangkok.

Our Managing Partner, Laurent Benoit, will be the guest speaker for a session dedicated to “How to Buy a Condo in Thailand.”
During this talk, he will share his insights on the legal framework for foreign buyers, explain the main ownership structures, and highlight the essential safeguards to ensure a secure property purchase.

The event will take place in a relaxed afterwork setting, encouraging open discussions, questions, and networking among members of the expatriate community. A quiz with prizes will also add a friendly touch to the evening.
