Maître Laurent Benoit is an International lawyer, specialized in bank & finance, tax and corporate law. Laurent is register at the Paris Bar as French Qualify Lawyer and hold two master’s degrees in law from the Universities of Milan (Italy) and Toulouse (France).
He has worked with a leading private bank and international law firms based in France, Canada and Thailand. In the past, he has served as legal advisor for HSBC Private Bank Monaco Monte Carlo, and provided corporate, tax and legal services in Europe, Canada and the United States for a top international law firm based in Toronto, Canada.
In his current capacity, Laurent currently advises corporation and high-net-worth individuals doing business and investing in Southeast Asia. His work includes international business agreements, funding projects, advising on banking regulations and cross-border fund transfers, individual and corporate tax optimization and multinational transactions. He is most experiences assisting real estate developers and agents, and SMEs companies.
In addition, he possesses a strong background in offshore jurisdictions, advising clients from around the world in that matter. Laurent is fluent in French, English and Italian.
