Founder
Maître Laurent Benoit is an international lawyer specializing in banking & finance, tax, and corporate law. He is registered with the Paris Bar as a French-qualified lawyer and holds two Master’s degrees in law from the Universities of Milan (Italy) and Toulouse (France).
He began his career in French tax law firms, before joining leading private banks and law firm in France, Canada, and Thailand. He notably served as legal advisor to HSBC Private Bank Monaco – Monte Carlo, and worked with a top-tier international law firm based in Toronto, advising clients across Europe, Canada, and the United States.
Laurent later spent five years in a Thai law firm, where he was Partner and Head of the Francophone Desk and Corporate Department, advising French-speaking investors, companies, and entrepreneurs on corporate structuring, taxation, real estate projects, and cross-border transactions in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Today, he advises corporations and high-net-worth individuals investing in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on real estate developers, real estate professionals, and SMEs. He also has strong expertise in offshore jurisdictions and international structuring. Maître Laurent Benoit is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
