Kodchakorn Chaiwattanasaransuk

Kodchakorn Chaiwattanasaransuk (Fai) is a corporate lawyer at Benoit & Partners, specializing in BOI applications, foreign business licensing, and corporate structuring for foreign and local clients operating in Thailand. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Law from the International Program at Thammasat University, Bangkok (2018–2022).

Prior to joining Benoit & Partners, Fai gained experience in tax compliance and corporate consulting at International Tax Counsel Ltd. and Vistra Thailand.
