Laurent Benoit is an international lawyer specializing in bank & finance, tax, and corporate law, registered at the Paris Bar as a French qualified lawyer. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Benoit & Partners in Bangkok, he leads a team of 15 lawyers / legal professionals, 10 accountants and 10 administrative staff, advising local, foreign, and multinational companies operating in Southeast Asia.
With a career spanning Europe, North America, and Asia, Laurent previously served as legal advisor for HSBC Private Bank Monaco (Monte Carlo) and provided corporate, tax, and legal services for a leading international law firm based in Toronto, Canada. Since founding Benoit & Partners in 2021, he advises corporations and high-net-worth individuals on cross-border investments and business transactions throughout Southeast Asia. He holds two master’s degrees in law from the Universities of Milan (Italy) and Toulouse (France).
